The entry door into the school is the one above the steps from the lower playground / carpark. The hall is then accessed via the double doors on the left.
The hall is open from 7.00 pm, with the meeting itself starting at 7.30 pm, and finishing at 9.30 pm.
See our Virtual Exhibition, for art works to buy.
There is a varied programme including working evenings, talks and demonstrations by practising artists. The demonstrators tell us about their painting methods as they work on their picture such as a portrait, landscape or still life. Working evenings allow you to sketch or paint on your own work, or on a still life subject.
During the summer months a series of outdoor sketching or painting afternoons are arranged in the surrounding area.
There is at least one public Exhibition a year, where pictures are for sale. This gives us an opportunity to show and sell our work. See the Exhibition Standards page for more details.
If you are interested in painting or sketching, do come along to one of our meetings.
Entrance charges are £4 for members and £7 for visitors on demo evenings, and £3 for members and £5 for visitors on working evenings – which helps to cover the cost of room hire, demonstrators, etc.
This website does not collect any personal data about visitors. Neither does it collect any analytics data.
